Ingredients

○  Sauerbraten meat
○  Sauerbraten marinate
○  Sugar
○  Salt
○  Flour
○  Water
○  Tomato puree

Directions

1. Purchase Marinated Sauerbraten meat from Forest Pork Store! 

2. Cook Sauerbraten in marinate provide on stove top for 2.5 hours 

3. Remove meat from pot 

4. Strain off the juice once meat is cooked into separate pot 

5. Add tomato puree to juice to make gravy 

   1. Add salt and sugar to taste 

   2. Thicken sauce with white wash 

6. Serve and enjoy!
