Roast Pork Butt
○ Pork butt
○ Salt Pepper
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
Liberally salt and pepper a (room temperature) pork butt
Roughly chop two large onions
In an aluminum cooking tray, roasting tray, or Dutch oven place the pork
butt on the bottom and spread onion in the pan as well as on top of the butt.
Place the tray in the oven until crispy and brown on top.
Once browned, Reduce the oven to 375 degrees.
Pour your favorite beer into the bottom of the pan.
Cover with foil or top to the Dutch oven.
Place in the oven until fully cooked.
Remove juices and onion from the pan, put in a small bowl for serving over the pork butt.
Slice and enjoy!
