Pan Seared Bratwurst
○ Fresh Bratwurst
Roughly chop one large onion.
Put a small pat of butter in a frying pan on medium heat.
Mix onions in the pan with butter, just until they start to get soft.
Place fresh Bratwurst in the pan, check the underside after about 8-10 minutes (they should be nice and golden brown).
Flip the bratwurst and cook until finished ( approx. 25 minutes total cooking time for bratwurst)
TIP: If the onions begin to crisp/burn, drizzle a small amount of water in the pan, this should help keep them soft until bratwurst is done cooking.
